Swimming

Our bathing spot is located 900 meters from our houses. It’s a sheltered bay, so the water temperature is always a bit higher.

You can swim from the pier or wade in from the shore for the little ones.

It’s also fun to catch crabs and then finish with a traditional crab race back into the water.

You can also swim in the shallows from Stuveröd’s pier.

All five communities on Skaftö have well-maintained public bathing areas, with Fiskebäckskil and Rågådsvik being the best options from Stuveröd.
